Every order ships fully tracked from our warehouse. Hardside luggage travels in its own protective outer carton — your case arrives ding-free, with the box it came in ready for storage or returns.

In-stock items leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link the moment your order ships. Orders placed after 1pm PT on Friday begin processing the next business day.
Traveling soon? Order by Tuesday with Express shipping and most addresses receive luggage before the weekend. International shipping isn't available yet.
