Not in love with it? You have 100 days, and returns are on us.

Return any unused item in its original packaging within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover return shipping on every domestic order — no restocking fees, no fine print.

How to return an item

    Start your return

    Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to send back.

    Pack it up

    Repack the item in its original box with all accessories, luggage covers and tags included.

    Ship it free

    We email you a prepaid return label — drop it at any carrier location.

    Get refunded

    Once it reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued within 3–5 business days.

Good to know

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Luggage must be unused — wheel scuffs from a trip count as use.
  • Keep the original carton; it doubles as the return box.
  • Final-sale and personalized items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If something arrives damaged or a component fails out of the box, email [email protected] with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement or issue a refund right away — no need to send the damaged piece back first.
