Will your carry-ons fit in the overhead bin?

Our 19–21" carry-ons meet the size requirements of most major North American airlines. Budget carriers can be stricter — check your airline's published limits before you fly.

Are the locks TSA-approved?

Yes. Every hardside case we carry uses TSA-approved combination locks, so security agents can inspect without cutting the lock.

Can I charge my phone from the suitcase?

NOBL All-in-One models include a built-in USB/USB-C port wired to a battery pocket. Bring your own power bank — airlines require it to be removable.

What does RFID-blocking mean on wallets?

Secrid wallets wrap your cards in an aluminium Cardprotector that blocks wireless skimming, and mechanically slides cards out one at a time.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days.

What's your return policy?

Return any unused item within 100 days for a full refund. We cover return shipping on all domestic orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship across North America, with international shipping on the roadmap.

Warranty & support

What if my luggage breaks?

Every piece carries its manufacturer warranty — from 2 years on Secrid wallets to lifetime coverage on NOBL and Travelpro luggage. Email us and we handle the claim.

My case was damaged by the airline — what now?

File a damage claim with the airline before leaving the airport, then email us a photo. Airline damage isn't covered by warranty, but we can often arrange discounted repairs or parts.
